FAQ
What kind of paper do you print on?
We print on heavy quality paper and use fade-resistant inks.
This is to always maintain the highest quality of our posters.
What formats do you offer?
We offer both the most common paper formats (A5, A4, A3) and the most common photo and poster formats (30×40, 50×70, 70×100).
Photo frames follow the photo formats (e.g. 24×30, 30×40, 50x70 cm). If you want to use an A-format (e.g. A3) in such a frame, a passepartout works best, but you can also trim a couple of centimeters on the short side.
If you want a frame with exact A-dimensions, it is available for purchase in our stores, and also at many other retailers.
What about copyright for your printed designs?
Most of our images come from artists whose works are free to use, as copyright expires 70 years after the artist's death. This means that these images are in the public domain and can be used freely. For works that are still under copyright, the legal restrictions of course apply.
Do you use AI when creating your images?
Our focus is on highlighting selected artists and their fantastic art treasures. For individual motifs, for example in the “Places” category, we can use AI as one of several tools in the creative process. However, it is not our main way of working. We also purchase high-resolution images from external image banks. In those cases, it is not always possible to determine with full certainty whether the material has been partially created with the help of AI. But we always continue to work manually with text, layout and image processing to give each poster its personal expression.
What does "open purchase" mean?
We are passionate about circular trade and always have open purchases without time limits. This means that you can always get a new item or your money back if you are not satisfied or regret your purchase.
